Summer Internship Programme

The Job

Over the summer months we offer internships to a limited number of talented university students, providing a ten-week insight into the heart of our business. We offer internships across a range of areas:

* General Management

* HR

* Finance

* Corporate Markets

* IT

Fast paced and intense, you'll be given real responsibility from day one. Your Talent Manager will ensure that you receive high quality training and the opportunity for excellent career development. Along with all the support and encouragement you need from a wide support network, you'll also gain exposure to Senior Management and have the opportunity to liaise at all levels. We’ll also show you the basic principles of commercial management, leadership and people management, and business awareness.

You'll also gain a flavour of what you can expect on our Graduate Leadership Programme. It's a brilliant opportunity to secure your place by showing us just how much you've got to offer. Internships run between June and August, they are competitively paid, and will provide you with an invaluable foundation for a successful and long-term career - maybe even a seat on our board in years to come - if you show the right leadership potential.

The Person

As a future business leader, you'll need at least a 2:1 degree, a keen interest in your chosen field and a natural flair for leadership. It's less about being a good graduate, and more about being a great leader. A thirst for knowledge, a head full of ideas and the common sense to make the most of the opportunities that arise, are all essential. As is good judgement, unfaltering drive, excellent influencing skills and the ability to deliver.
