Graduate Leadership Programme

The Job

We recognise that we need high calibre talent on board to nurture, transform and take us to the next level. Our Graduate Leadership Programme is designed to accelerate you to senior management with all the skills you need to excel. We offer opportunities in the following areas with each being typically two years long (Finance is three) consisting of different placements all with a different focus designed to challenge you and give you real responsibility from day one.

* IT

We'll ensure you perform highly in your chosen business area by giving you business exposure, training and support. What’s more we’ll sponsor you to study for a professional qualification, developing your talents even further. Above all, we'll recognise, reward and develop your leadership ability.

The Person

As a future business leader, you'll need at least a 2:1 degree, a keen interest in your chosen field and a natural flair for leadership. It's less about being a good graduate, and more about being a great leader. A thirst for knowledge, a head full of ideas and the common sense to make the most of the opportunities that arise, are all essential. As is good judgement, unfaltering drive, excellent influencing skills and the ability to deliver.
