GRADUATE OPPORTUNTIES AND TRAINING
We have opportunities on our 18 month full-time graduate scheme and a 10-12 week summer intern programme targeted at penultimate year students. You’ll need to have, or be on track for, a 2:1 degree at minimum, as well as having achieved 300 UCAS points or equivalent. A technical, numerical or financial background is advantageous and is essential for some roles, but not for all, due to the variety of positions we offer. What’s really important however is that you have a strong interest in finance and technology. Our graduate induction and training programme focuses on helping you make the transition from a campus to the corporate environment.
