As a graduate on our Insurance programme there are opportunities in either our insurance and risk management business, which provides risk management and insurance broking services to both local and multi-national companies, or in our Reinsurance division, which provides insurance for insurance companies and allows insurers to buy protection against most of their own underwriting losses.
The programmes combine on the job experience with a series of core technical and consulting workshops and we will assist your study towards a relevant professional qualification e.g. Diploma of Insurance Practice (DIP).
The breadth of our organisation means that subject experts are available to help with specific exam topics, and the advice and guidance of a management mentor will help to broaden your knowledge and experience. By the end of the programme you will have made the transition from new graduate to an up-and-coming insurance professional ready to take on a role of significant responsibility.
