Our Corporates & Markets graduate programme
The graduate programme begins with several weeks’ training which will familiarise you with the bank’s structure, products and services. Here you will also meet other members of the graduate programme, so you can start networking early on. Our training programme will give you the opportunity to experience what international business is like within an investment bank. Whichever role you have - we’ll give you all the support and encouragement you need to achieve any professional qualifications required for your role. You may also be given the opportunity to increase your knowledge by working abroad for a period of time.

What we are looking for
As the ideal candidate, you have graduated achieving very good results. You have strong analytical and excellent people skills. You have already acquired practical knowledge in investment banking through previous work experience. You are a strong communicator and are fluent in English and preferably German or a further foreign language. You engage fully in tasks and stay calm in challenging situations.
