Graduates interested in accountancy

Competitive salaries, international travel and a choice of exciting careers, are just some of the rewards available to chartered accountants with the ACA qualification.

You may be surprised to learn that to become a chartered accountant a relevant business or finance degree is not required. Most employers are looking for graduates with a 2.1 or a first in any degree discipline with a minimum UCAS tariff score of 260 points.

Graduates study for the ACA qualification whilst on a paid training contract with an authorised training employer. There are over 2,200 ICAEW training offices throughout the UK and overseas.

For undergraduates interested in the ACA take a look at the careers section of the ICAEW website and also find out how you can complete the first six modules of the ACA now with the Certificate in Finance, Accountancy and Business.
