ACA Training Contract
The Job
A three year training contract to train as an ACA chartered accountant. When you start your training you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team on a wide variety of clients, ranging from small owner-managed businesses to large groups of companies trading both in the UK and internationally. This will involve work in accounting, auditing and corporate tax. You will gain strong skills in all of these key areas.
The Person
We are looking for students with strong academic results and enthusiasm. It is not necessary to hold a degree in a finance subject, as applications are considered from all subject backgrounds. What we are looking for are the transferable skills you will have acquired during your degree course and work experience.
Its a tough 3 year course, so a strong academic background is an important factor in qualifying as a chartered accountant. As a guide, we look for a minimum of 320 UCAS points (excluding general studies) and an upper second class degree.
