The Job

Expert advice and creative solutions from Financial Advisory guide a diverse range of public and private sector clients through major transactions, organisational changes and strategic decisions. As well as steering clients through times of crisis and disputes we also help them generate maximum value with minimum risk. Business Recovery Services: helps under-performing businesses find the best way forward by advising, restructuring or refinancing.

Corporate Finance : supports and advises clients involved in any form of corporate or public/ private transaction, helping them acquire, invest in and dispose of assets, and raise finance.

Forensic Services: is involved in investigations, disputes, claims and advice regarding everything from anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance to fraud and economic crime.

Valuations: delivers robust commercial valuation advice and expert opinions that help clients make strategic decisions, meet regulatory requirements and resolve disputes .

Transaction Services : supports clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), advising throughout the deal cycle. Join us here and you’ll gain the skills you need to analyse and advise on M&A deals.
