ACA Graduate

The Job

The ACA graduate training programme is based within the External Audit area of our business, which provides a range of services to a range of businesses.

Graduates recruited into External Audit will play a key role in supporting audit work and will gain tremendous experience to provide top quality career development – all of this while studying for a leading professional qualification.

Trainees will become involved in client work very quickly, initially working as part of a larger team – perhaps taking responsibility for specific audit tests or aspects of the audit file.

The Person

We seek pro-active candidates with a drive to succeed in chartered accountancy; they must be flexible, diligent and excellent communicators. Prior work experience in the profession is not a prerequisite although it can, of course, show that an individual has some of the qualities that we seek. In the workplace, trainees are required to achieve at least 450 days of technical work experience to fulfil the ACA requirements. With the interesting and varied assignments that we offer, which may include secondments to other departments depending on business needs, this is easily attainable.
