So what do we look for? It’s individuality, because we believe that’s what makes our teams so dynamic. But there are a few things we ask you to arrive with, including a minimum of five GCSEs at grades A-C (including at least a B in Maths and English Language). You’ll also need at least 280 UCAS points or equivalent and a minimum of 2.1 expected or obtained degree. As well as the sparkle and ambition to make you stand out from the crowd.
